Asbestos and pollutant surveys in Appenzell Ausserrhoden
In Appenzell Ausserrhoden, form B80 connects building elements affected by the work with the disposal concept. It provides a practical basis for preparing the application with your representative.
We work throughout Switzerland. State your preferred language for discussions and the report when enquiring.
Describe my projectThe role of form B80
The canton requires elements to be deconstructed to be declared in the relevant section. If this declaration identifies an element commonly associated with pollutants, specialist investigation is necessary. A declaration alone therefore cannot establish that a suspect material is uncontaminated.
Material categories to specify
The form distinguishes waste containing asbestos, PCBs, PAHs or lead. Survey results document the categories and planned disposal routes in line with the declared work.
Preparing information for B80
- List elements being removed: coverings, installations, roofing or other building parts.
- State installation or renovation dates where known.
- Attach any form already started and existing analyses.
