Cantonal guidance requires specialist assessment of materials affected by work in buildings constructed before 1993. In the permit application, the Environment – Waste form accompanies demolition, conversion and renovation projects, including simplified procedures; the survey is attached where required.

The Fribourg document specifies that inaccessible areas must be listed as limitations in the report and checked before work. Laboratory analyses, location plans and disposal routes are among the expected information.
Preparing work in Fribourg
