Where pollutants are suspected or more than 200 m³ of waste is expected, the canton requires a disposal concept with the permit application to the project’s municipality.
A declaration before deconstruction
The cantonal page also provides for a disposal declaration to be submitted to the municipality before deconstruction starts. It links the relevant form and information on facilities authorised to receive the waste.
Preparing both stages in Lucerne
- State the permit’s progress and intended deconstruction date.
- Attach plans, surveys and any disposal concept already prepared.
- Distinguish building elements from affected excavation material and soil.
