The cantonal page requires a concept for all industrial and commercial buildings and infrastructure, regardless of age or waste volume. Pollutant investigations depend on expected materials, age, uses and any contaminated-site information.
A declaration before deconstruction work
After municipal authorisation, a disposal declaration is prepared with the cantonal waste inspector and deconstruction contractor. Disposal records then allow the materials’ destinations to be verified.
Preparing the stages of your Thurgau project

- Name the deconstruction contractor, if selected, and intended schedule.
