Describe my projectThe 100 m³ threshold
The canton requires a disposal concept from 100 m³ of construction waste, including contaminated and uncontaminated waste. For alterations or demolition of pre-1990 buildings, it requires a concept for pollutant-containing waste regardless of volume.
Keep records after remediation
Where pollutants are suspected, survey results are submitted with the building application. After remediation, the “Erledigtliste” records pollutants removed, their disposal and those still present. This distinction helps prepare later work without automatically treating the entire building as remediated.

- Provide the total waste estimate and scope of work.
- Attach existing surveys and available remediation evidence.
- Identify building parts to be retained.
