Article 15a of the cantonal environmental protection ordinance allows the municipality to request information on waste disposal for construction, alteration or demolition.
Plan for completion evidence too
Where a disposal concept is required under Article 16 of the federal Waste Ordinance, the municipality may request evidence after the work that disposal requirements were met. It is therefore useful to agree how supporting records will be retained during site preparation.
